Terms and Conditions of Entry

All schools applying for Revive School Projects in 2007 are required to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Entry before submitting their application.

Eligibility to Enter
Entry is open to all Australian Schools.

Closing Dates
Applications close Friday 17 August 2007 (5pm EST).  No responsibility is accepted by the BHP Billiton and Conservation Volunteers Australia for applications that are late or not received, or entries with incorrect details.
 
Submitting an Application
Applications must not infringe copyright of any person.
Applications must address the requirements as set out on this website.
All sections of the application form must be completed before being submitted.
Do not include images, graphics, files or supporting evidence to your application.
 
Judging of Applications
Decisions by the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into. BHP Billiton and Conservation Volunteers Australia are unable to give individual feedback to applications about their application or why they were not selected for Revive School Projects.  No applications will be returned to individuals.
 
What schools that are part of the Revive School Projects program will receive:
A Conservations Volunteers Australia managed team of volunteers for up to five days (number of days of assistance will be determined by the size of the environmental project outlined in the expression of interest form).

No prizes will be transferred for cash.
 
Announcement of Revive School Projects
Schools selected as to the part of the Revive School Projects in 2007 will be notified by e-mail in August 2007.   

Timing of Revive School Projects
Revive School Projects will need to be completed between August 2007 and February 2008.  
 
Promotion of Revive School Projects
BHP Billiton and Conservation Volunteers Australia may promote information about Revive School Projects via various promotional, media, communication and marketing mediums.
 
Privacy Statement
Your contact details and any other personal information in your application form will only be recorded when the form is submitted. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it which is to assess your application to join Revive School Projects and to profile your school as part of Revive School Projects in local media and on this website.  Your information will not be added to a mailing list unless you have requested this. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be disclosed, without your consent.
