Werri Lagoon, NSW
 

On the southern NSW Coast Werri Lagoon sits beside the sea-side township of Werri Beach. 

Werri Lagoon comprises an important catchment area for surrounding rural landholdings.  Volunteer teams work alongside local farmers and the community to assist in rehabilitation activities including weed control, seed collection for a community run nursery, dune stabilisation and revegetation of creek banks
